Our Leadership Team
Scott Humbaugh
President
Scott Humbaugh is Tiger’s President & CEO. He and his wife, Courtney, purchased the company in 2020 because they loved the product and are avid outdoor/off-road enthusiasts and have owned RVs throughout their marriage.
Scott previously owned a residential elevator company that provided elevators to contractors throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Scott built the company from the ground-up and designed the “brains” (UL listed industrial control panel) of the winding drum elevator. In 2021, he sold the company and began working with Tiger.
Courtney Humbaugh
Sales & Marketing Director
Courtney Humbaugh is Tiger’s Sales and Marketing Director. She has over 25 years’ experience in public relations and marketing from starting her career as a television news reporter to working for a public relations and marketing firm focused on state transportation clients. From 2021 to 2025, she volunteered her time (co-organizer) working with legislators and hundreds of volunteers in Georgia to pass an adoptee rights bill in the Georgia Assembly.
In their spare time, they enjoy camping, boating, riding four wheelers, tending to their farm and spending time with their kids.
Caleb Steele
Factory Foreman
Caleb Steele is the Factory Foreman at Tiger. He brings over 10 years’ experience in welding and fabrication work to Tiger, along with leadership experience at a nationwide car-hauling company. Caleb has also completed the 70.3 Ironman that includes a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride and 13.1-run. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music (guitar and piano) and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Amy Mendoza
Office Administrator
Amy Mendoza is the Office Administrator for Tiger. With over 20 years’ experience in customer service and administration, Amy assists customers with everything from service and repair scheduling to invoicing and accounting needs during new builds. She provides exemplary customer service and enjoys getting to know Tiger owners. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and her pups and is extremely creative with arts and crafts.
