Administrative Positions

Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and computer proficiency to ensure our office runs smoothly and professionally.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism, a friendly attitude and phone etiquette.
  • Implement efficient office management practices.
  • Assist with purchasing parts needed for our manufacturing.
  • Experience in administration or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role with strong office management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Factory Positions

Welder

  • Cutting, bending, welding parts onto coach bodies
  • Installing equipment and components such air bag systems, propane tanks, holding tanks
  • Installing cosmetic sheet metal skins using epoxies
  • Cleaning and removing slag from plasma cut parts
  • Mig welding steel frames, mig and tig welding aluminum frames
  • Removing truck beds and prepping truck chassis
  • Welding crossmembers and frame extensions onto truck chassis
  • Assisting with modifications to truck cabs (removing rear glass, cutting and modifying truck cab)
  • Execute drawings and sketches to turn into parts
  • Welding aluminum body parts and grinding/sanding welds to create clean finished parts.
  • Heavy lifting to position steel and aluminum frames.
  • Working independently and producing results
  • Ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Work well with other team members and assist in other areas of production as needed.
  • Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn

This position requires a wide range skills and adaptability, and assumes you are mechanically inclined, competent with a tape measure, and have good welding skills. Aluminum welding can be taught as long as you are competent with other core welding processes. One day may be welding- the next day cutting and grinding steel tubing- the next day installing air bags, bumpers, etc. This position also requires a high level of organization and must take initiative to constantly improve processes and workplace organization.

Mechanic 

Tiger Adventure Vehicles has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive, Marine, or heavy equipment, Mechanic. ASME certifications are a plus. Experience with Suspension systems, brake systems, modern interiors and general knowledge of automotive, Marine, RV, electrical systems is required.

 

  • Installing advanced truck suspension lift kits
  • Bleeding brakes
  • Installing and removing driveshaft
  • Wiring accessories into the truck cab, such as winches and lights
  • Removing truck interiors and reinstalling interiors
  • Removing and reinstalling fuel tanks
  • Installing fuel filler hoses
  • Installing air suspension components
  • Reprogramming truck computers, and diagnosing advanced radar systems, Blindspot monitoring, etc.
  • Modifying wiring harnesses
  • Cutting pass-through in the back of truck cab for our RVs

Pay is heavily dependent on experience and certifications.
