Tiger Service After the Sale: Repairs, Upgrades & More

Service After the Sale: Tiger Is With You for the Long Haul
Tim’s Tiger is ten years old. He has put a lot of miles on it, and he has no plans to stop. So when he decided it was time to modernize the rig, he brought it back to the people who built it.
That is a big part of what makes Tiger different. Buying a 4×4 RV from us is not the end of the conversation. It is the beginning of a relationship that lasts as long as you own the vehicle, and often longer.
What our Georgia service department handles
Our service team near Atlanta handles everything a Tiger owner might need: routine maintenance, warranty work, repairs and upgrades. We built these vehicles, so we know exactly how they go together and how to make them better.
Recent jobs give you a sense of the range. We completed an electrical upgrade on one Tiger, moving the owner to lithium batteries and a new whole house inverter. On an older Tiger, we replaced the bed liner and the upholstery to bring the interior back to life. Next up is a full interior remodel on another older model. Whether your Tiger needs a tune-up or a second act, we can do the work.
Tim’s upgrade
Tim’s project was a good example of how far an older Tiger can go. He wanted a modern electrical system, so we upgraded the control panels, batteries, inverter, switches and wiring. We also removed the windows in his bed area and modernized that space, then replaced his living area windows with Arctic Tern windows.
Here is how Tim described the experience in his Google review:
“Long storied history continues in our fun relationship with Tiger. We own and are working on a next generation upgrade of our 10-year-old Tiger. It’s great to work with folks who have the dedication to the craft of building capable, affordable overlander rigs focused on what you want to do. The team is committed to getting our Tiger where we want to be for ten more years. Check them out, give them a shout, easy access near Atlanta. We enjoyed our visit this week!”
Ten more years. That is the goal for every Tiger that comes through our shop.

Can’t get to Georgia? We can still help
We know not every owner can bring their Tiger to Atlanta. If you are far from Georgia, we have RV shops we refer customers to for service and repairs. Contact us at Info@TigerVehicles.com and we will point you to a shop we trust.
In some instances, we can also offer a mobile technician for repairs, service and upgrades. Reach out and we will let you know what is possible for your situation.
Warranty coverage
Every new Tiger comes with a competitive Tiger warranty. The appliances in your Tiger carry their own individual manufacturer warranties, and the Ford chassis is covered under the Ford warranty. If you have a question about what is covered, our team can walk you through it.
How to schedule service
Scheduling is simple. Call us or email Info@TigerVehicles.com and we will get you on the calendar. Service is scheduled in advance, and we require a deposit on scheduled repairs so we can plan parts and shop time around your visit.
Chuck’s visit
Chuck came up from Florida for some service and a window replacement. Afterward, he left Tiger Adventure Vehicles this review:
“Absolutely the Best Customer Service in America! Whether periodic maintenance, making modifications, or troubleshooting, the Tiger Team outperforms. There are not enough superlatives!”
We don’t take that kind of feedback lightly. You can read more from Tiger owners on our reviews page.

The relationship continues
Tim’s Tiger is ready for its next decade. Chuck’s is back on the road. And our shop is already working on the next one.
Whether you own a Tiger today or are thinking about joining the Tiger family, know that the support does not stop when you drive away. If you are still deciding, take a look at the Panthera 200 and our full lineup of overland and expedition vehicles. And if you already own one, call or email Info@TigerVehicles.com whenever you need us. We will be here.
